How Can severe Recurring Acne On The Face Be Treated?

Hi there, I m having a problem with acne on my forehead. It has been 5 years since this reoccurring problem started, and I cant seem to get rid of it. My entire face is clear, but the center of my forehead is covered in small bumps! I have tried both chemical and natural solutions , and none have them have completely reduced them. As an added fact - diet wise I am Vegetarian, and have been for the last 2 years, but my skin has been the same regardless. Thank-you for your help!
